SOURCE: 1992 - 1999 lesabre drivers front door

The LeSabre had the same body style up until 1999 in the rounded style. So it should fit just fine.

Testimonial: "Thanks. My early 20's daughter was certain she had connected new spark plug wires correctly, but I hadn't checked her work. I had ASSUMED the cylinder # location you gave, but hadn't yet checked the wires. She had reversed the plug wires to cylinders 2 and 4."

SOURCE: Low overall compression in 1996 honda accord 4cyl 129.75 psi avg.

the compression pressures are on the low side. The indications are worn rings as the pressure readings come up when the ring seal is improved with the addition of oil. The bores will be worn in a taper and if the head was to come of there would be a noticeable lip where the top ring stops in the cylinder
rings and cylinders wear equally but rings suffer from a loss of tension, and an increased ring gap that allows more compression to escape to the sump
Do you need to do something about it--
if there is an oil consumption problem( smokey) then yes
If the economy is acceptable to you then --no --not immediately
What should you consider in making a decision----
1. good engines are available from japanese spares ( imported engines with less than 30.000klms on the engine for a fair price
2. consider what is termed a "short motor" which is the block, crank, pistons ,rings, oil pump and sump all new
What you should not consider is a quickie fix--set of rings and nothing else as this will cost you more in the long run.

Testimonial: "what do you mean by worn in a taper"

What is the clearance for Hyundai H100 piston Diesel

What exactly do you mean by an "overhaul"? More information please. Which diesel engine is this? The 2.5 litre or the 2.6 litre? What year is your vehicle? Some engines can be different settings depending on the size it is.
I'm assuming this is for the clearance between the valve rockers and the spring end of the valves?
If you're breaking rockers your mechanical timing might not be set correctly risking bent valves or the valves are already bent. Even One tooth out on the timing belt/chain can cause problems. You might need to take the cylinder head off to check the valves.
When you set the clearances the engine needs to be Cold and the cylinder you're working on needs to be at Top Dead Centre (TDC) to make sure the valves are closed. On an inline 4 cylinder engine the cylinders work as pairs, 1 and 4, 2 and 3.
Set cylinder number 1 to TDC. Set the clearances for only cylinders 1 and 4. Using the crank pulley bolt turn cylinder 1 to Bottom Dead Centre, (180' turn clockwise). This should bring cylinders 2 and 3 to TDC so you can set those clearances.
Is the engine burning the oil? (a thicker, more blue exhaust smoke than normal). Burning oil can also be a sign of a blown head gasket or badly worn piston rings.

Bad pistions on 94 buick centry 3.1l think engion stamp is g dont know if i have to put just pision in or rod assambly

It's rare that a piston goes bad. So, you need to determine why it failed.
Most times, the cylinder wall is damaged during a piston failure making it impossible to just replace the piston. Check the wall for score marks and out of round condition as well as actual size VS original bore size. (correcting that requires machine work) The new piston must match the cylinder bore as it is now, NOT what it was when manufactured. (same applies to rings).
The old rod can be re-used if it is not bent and providing that the big end (crank end) is still round. Again, the rod needs to be assembled by a machine shop as the wrist-pin is a press-in part.
Most times, you will find that the amount of actual work necessary to replace one piston exceeds what would be necessary to replace the engine in both time, $ and reliability.
If you want to try a replacement though, see if you can get a piston/rod assembly that is still in good condition from a blown junkyard engine, Plasti-gage the bearing and replace if necessary, clean out the ring grooves or replace the rings. Use a hand held cylinder hone and break the glaze on the cylinder walls. If you are careful and everything goes well, it MIGHT work.
Personally I would never replace pistons in an engine without doing all the necessary machine work though.

Rear disc piston return

You can push the caliper piston in using a large C-clamp with a small piece of wood a little larger than the piston. Be sure that the cap is off the master cylinder and that the fluid doesn't overflow. I usually remove a little beforehand. Hope this helps and good luck.

Car problem

Double check the back side plug wire connections, the side closest to the fire wall. Sometimes it's hard to get the plug wire to go on all the way. Use dielectric grease in the boots and re-install. Double check your firing order. It's easy to accidently cross one, especially on the DIS systems. The coil packs should be numbered. Check for accidentally unplugging a sensor. Hope this helps.
