1995 Mustang GT - all

My son has a 1995 Mustang GT 5.0, 5-speed that all lights suddenly stopped working - headlights, tail lights, brake lights and signal lights as well as the interior lights. The power locks have stopped working too. All fuses have been checked and are okay. This is a modified car that also has neon lights installed underneath (it was purchased this way from another owner). Could this be some sort of problem with a module? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated as the car cannot be driving in this condition. Thank you.

Yes! if the neon light were hardwire in that mite be the problem so you sould remove them and look over all the wiring to the lights to make sure thier is no shorts in wiring.

1995 Ford Mustang GT V8. Why do my dim headlights not work?

" dim headlights "? None of your lights should be 'dim'. You have 4 lights.

Side Lights.
Daytime Running Lights (DRL)
Low Beam Headlights.
High Beam Headlights.

Here are the fuses, check fuse 5 and D although they covers more items than lights. Your best bet is to find a good local auto-electrician.

Mustang wiring diagrams

First check the light switch and brake switch. Under driver side is the rear light harness. Go to advance auto get a HAYES REPAIR MANUAL for mustang for that year I think they are all the same.

tails lights are the GLOW when the headlights are pulled one cluck or 2, tails are also parking light (one click)
stop lamps HAVE nothing to do with that,
he never said but implies, the brake lamps are dead.
but OP, try posting what is dead, and not mix TL with BL.

my tails lamps are out , whith head lamps on.
or
when i brake , both stop lamps are out.

My 1995 honda accord, dash light stop working, tail lights and brake lights all at the same time. what is the problem and how hard is it to replace the part.

I'm having the same problem on my 1995 Honda Accord.  I hit a bump hard last night, and my dash lights, tail-lights, license-plate lights, and the bell which 'bing's when the door is open and the headlights are on all stopped working.  The fuse for "Small lights" under the hood was blown.  Replaced it, turned on headlights, and it blew again instantly.
I'm guessing that I have a wire crossed (possibly inside the bulb itself) in the dash somewhere;  I checked the taillights and license-plate liights already.

Good luck!  I'll let you know how my fix goes.

Hello i have a 1995 ford mustang gt and i need a diagram for the electricle cluster that sits in the dash board that controlls the hd lights, tail lights, break lights etc thank you

im not sure what your talking about, it sounds like you want the wiring for the cluster, but this doesnt control brake, tail or headlights, the brake lights operate through the brake light switch and go through the signal light switch to power those up. the headlights and tail lights work through the head light switch, what system do you need, or what doesnt work.

My dash lights quit working on my 98 Ford Mustang GT. I checked the fuse and my tail lights and brake lights work. everything else works. What else could it be.

the headlight knob is also a dimmer for the lights on the dash. try turning it all the way one side, then check fuse if still not working.

Dash lights, tail lights, brake lights, not working 1965 mustang

Probably either a bad ground (broken wire, rust) or a bad headlight switch. The brake light circuit goes from the stop switch (Located up above the brake pedal) through the headlight switch, through the light bulbs to ground. The tail light circuit goes through the headlight switch, through the bulbs and to ground. The only things that are in common are the headlight switch (Is this the switch you replaced?) and ground.
Not much, but hope this helps.
Have a super day!
