Check to see if there is any power getting to the fuel pump, if there is 12 volts going to the fuel pump then replace the pump, if there is no voltage present, the problem could be the fuel pump relay, a fuse, or a break in the wiring.
WHAT I WOULD DO IS TEST THE FUEL PRESSURE SOME TIMES THE PUMP WILL PUMP ENOUGH FUEL TO GET TO THE TBI BUT NOT ENOUGH TO FIRE THE TRUCK. IF FUEL PRESSURE IS GOOD REMOVE THE DISTBURTOR CAP AND INSPECT THE CAP AND ROTOR, CHECK FOR CORROTION N EITHER ONE SOME TIMES IS BUILDS UP AND STOPS THE SPARK. GIVE THAT A TRY GOOD LUCK HOPE THIS HELPS.
well you won;t get any with the key off it only starts when the key is on and it should be getting low voltage what is our exact problem you are having with the pump?
