My car crown victoria 2007 the headlights are on all the time night and day (without the auto )only they go off when i put it on the Parking mode

is this DRL auto lamps?
off, park auto , on, ??? what mode using here/?
if only AUTO fails the sun sensor on top dash is dirty or blocked with any kind of trash or spilled drinks etc.
is it day or night, if night is car parked under huge power,parking lot lamps? confusing sun sensor>

Duplicate the issue ? You mean the lights are working now ?
The turn signals and brake light circuit is one and the same. The parking lights are on a different circuit. The parking lights get power from the headlight switch and don't travel thru the turn signal switch.
So have you checked the park fuse for power ?
The location of the fuse should be in your owners manual.

Look in the yellow pages for "used auto parts" or "automotive salvage" and ask some of those places. Some salvage yards will have any body part that you would need. Headlight fuse Should be in the fuse box under the hood. should be close to the battery. Should be 2 headlight fuses 1 for ea side

The lighting control module is defective and needs to be replaced...A well known defect. I know. I just researched this and replaced mine due to headlight outages. There is extensive information on the web regarding this dangerous defect. The NHTSA conduvcted an investigation and closed it.......No recall on the defective part. You wanna drive your Crown Victoria 2003-2005 at night?..........Pay money and replace the LCM.

Check all the bulbs at tail end for parking and brakes, test grounds and harness for trailer. Check fuses. clean batery terminals, Re instal head light swich properly and make sure all wires conect.

if you are talking about the clear lights that come on when you put your indicators on at night ?? then no they don't blink hope this helps regards Jim

are you sure the bulbs are o.k.? if they dont work on both high and low you have ground wiring problem. ground the black wire at the plug with lights on.
