2003 hyundai elantra gls abs/tcs light on

Look for a hose coming out of your firewall running down to the bottom of the car

tcsd and abs work of sensors on all wheels so check for wiring and connections
brake light ( on dash) can be low fluid level in the brake reservoir, hand brake still on
run the fault codes to find exact codes that are putting the lights on

There isn't one. ABS or TCS light on. Have the ABS system scanned. Usually a bad wheel sensor.

Have u checked the main fuse in the car? Should b like an 80amper, good luck!

White smoke normally indicates steam, did the car overheat ????...if it overheated check hoses for leaks,,,, loss of water etc

This is most likely a problem in your ABS control module. Have it checked, after you check the brake pads for wear. The TCS warning will sometimes come on when the ABS brakes fail to function correctly or the pads are worn too far. This is caused by a brake not releasing as it should or if the caliper is extending too far to properly stop the vehicle. I would not delay in having this checked out as it could lead to brake failure.

Overheat is usually tune up or timing problems. Go to the Hyundai website to see if available or Chilton repairs book may help.

it can if you have the proper tools and a little patience its not very hard at all it may be a little snug i cant remember off hand where the starter is located on that car but its relatively an easy fix.

Did you use a aftermarket O2 sensor or a genuine Hyundai one? If it's an aftermarket one it may be bad or not as good as the OEM one. See here for more details and other potential causes: P0133
