I took 10 seconds to look this up, what's the reason you couldn't?

as in "won't turn"???
you probably have a seized wheel bearing/hub assembly or frozen brake caliper - you can remove the wheel hub/bearing assembly yourself in about an hour with common hand tools (an impact wrench will really speed this up) - you can rent the wheel nut removal socket at most auto parts stores - you will have to have an automotive shop with a bearing press to remove and replace the wheel bearing ($30-$60) - if the caliper is seized - replace the entire assembly (and probably the ruined brake rotors and pads)

bad/ or out of ballance tires or a bent wheel

Look at the brake pads,it is most likely the pads.

about $46 if you do it yourself but you will need to rent a puller

The wheel bearings is what the wheel turns on,the ball joint is what the wheels turn the way you turn the vehicle.Wheel bearings let the wheel roll.

Does the noise change pitch when you weave the wheel back and forth at 25. If yes you need bearings. I think they are pressed in on focus

Remove the spindle, remove the hub from bearing, remove lock ring, press old bearing out, press new one in, if old hub is reusable, press into bearing, reinstall spindle.

possibly a wheel beering...to diagnose a wheel beariing, listen closley when making left and right turns...when turning left, weight shifts to front right side, If noise increases, it may be a front right wheel bearing.... vice versa for right turns.
