The 1994 Buick regal gran sport did not come with a passenger side airbag can that be fixed?

NOt an expert but my guess is no. First an airbag uses essentially a powder charge to deploy the airbag. Installation and removal is not recommended for joe shade tree mechanic,it can be dangerous. Secondly all that installation has to have a place to mount and a spot inthe dashboard through which it can deploy. Chances are it if didn't come with one an airbag would have no place to "live". If it is even possible to have it done it would probably approach 50% of the value of the typical car that age. Good luck.

Blown Fuse, I'd bet. Check the owners manual for fuse block location. There are probably two locations on that model. One is usually on the passengers side right side of the dash. Plastic panel that says "FUSES". The other may be under the hood but I would bet the fuse you need is the on on the passengers side.

I have a 1996 Buick Gran Sport that the blower started making a noise like some insulation or something is flapping against the fan. How do you remove the blower housing to gain access?
there are three screws you need to get to underneath the glove compartment two of which are quite easy to remove, the third is tucked far in to the side kickplate on the passenger side. Most often something from your glove box can slide back and fall in to the blower motor and make a heck of a noice, I bet your laugh once you find out what is stuck in there, I know I did
