Need a replacement key for Mercedes 500 SK

please take the key fob to your nearest advanced autoparts and ask them to pull out the battery for you. Then, you can test the key fob with the new battery. If it works, then your fob is fine. But if not, you would need to order a new key fob for your car.

Yes usually by an auto electrician...or a service centre for Mercedes.Watch out it can be expensive using service centers.Try your local yellow pages for a sole trader auto electrician...last time i did this 5 years ago it cost £75.

You will need to call Hyundia and sk them what it will take order new key. You will need your registation and ID to do this. They will program it for you. my wife lost her spare and $58 later

You can't program a Mercedes CLS 500 Key Fob without special programming equipment. There are some automotive locksmiths that have this equipment, but not many. I would still try to find a locksmith as they are usually more affordable than the dealer.

at rear of engine ,flywheel 5mm allen key or 10mm socket

Try pressing the brake, then shifting it into neutral. The gear select won't release from park unless you press the brake.

you should be able to simply take your vin numbers to the mercedes dealership and they should be able to make you new keys for those two cars, you might want to bring proof of ownership for them because sometimes they will ask other times they will just make the keys
