Really depends on if you have an air-ride electric pump or not. Otherwise there is no connection between ride and electric performance. Be like blaming the radio for a rough ride.

get amp checked out had same thing happen on my 2002 745li..turned out to be the amplifier and boy did it cost..around the tune of $1500...yeah thats what i said, but had to have it becuase like everything else it is all intergrated into the cars computer system
Take the compressor clutch electrical connector loose and check for power.Make sure vehicle is running and ac is on high on all settings.If there is no power,check your pressure switches.If there is power,replace compressor or the clutch..Good Luck!!!!
