1998 buick lesabre refuses to start or turnover until it sits awhile

Sounds like the starter to me(I assumed you meant won't crank when hot).I have replaced only 1 starter(on my neighbor's Taurus)in the 15 years after quitting the GM dealer tech job 15 years ago.I probably could make a career just changing GM starters and alternators.(I only have Mopars in my driveway!)

03 dodge ram 1500 crew cab 4.7l v8 starts fine when cold but won't start after it is warm

First i would check the crank sensor by looking for rpm's on the tachometer or scan tool if you see any rpm's then crank sensor is good. Then check for leaking injectors and if they are not leaking then you will need to check the ECM it may have failed.

2005 silverado cranks but won't start

I had the same problem . on my 2002 silverado it turned to be the fuel pump failed because the fuel filter was clogged. I did the work myself could saved myself 219.00 and labor if I replaced a 7.00 $ Filter .

2002 volvo s60 cylinder 3 misfire detected

I have a bad feeling. I own a Volvo SW XC70 and I had to change the timing belt because I didn't want to have to buy a new engine. I changed it at around 150K miles. The belt is a composite and is not a chain (metal), so it can stretch, thus giving you "bad" timing and making it impossible to tune. If you have not checked or changed the belt, try it. It really won't cost that much (depending on where you take it. I went to Volvo. Good luck.

My 2002 Volvo S60 (non-turbo) has been sitting in the garage for about a 2 weeks. I started it one time during this period and no problems. This morning it would crank ok, but would not start. Any...

Two things come to mind First is take car needs 9.6 volts to start, place on charger for awhile then try again, thats a constent 9.6 volts sitting can dicharge the battery just enough for no start.2nd make sure you move the gas pedal alittle when starting. If these dont work for you repost and I can give you more Ideas

Car dies and battery light comes on.

Will it crank over when it won't start? When It dies check for spark at the sparkplugs if none change the ignition module.
