Is there a fuse for a 1985 delta 88 power antenna

THE TURN SIGNAL FLASHER IS LOCATED AT LOWER RIGHT CORNER OF FUSE BLOCK (OLD STYLE)
THE HAZARD FLASHER IS LOCATED AT UPPER CORNER OF FUSE BLOCK

Check relay or if it's aftermarket radio I bid you Godspeed cuz it's probably the wiring then ??? Auto shops have repair books you can buy for twenty bucks that provide info on things like this.

I think the antenna motor is in the trunk. You should be able to just unplug the electrical connector.

Best to go to the GM site, and find the schematics. Armed with that knowledge, you can figure out which belts are needed for your 1985 Olds Detla 88.

cheaper to get new one or let it go

Obviously if fuse panel has a power antennae fuse, simply pull it, otherwise you may have to get to connector at motor by removing part or all of sheild in wheel well to access it in some cases. Only other option would be to remove radio from dash & disconnect antennae power wire from radio. Don't forget you want it up before disconnecting if you can.
