The water pump is located behind the timing belt cover and is run by the timing belt itself.This is a big job good luck:)
Looking at the car if it is a 3.3 liter that is usually what came in those cars that year it would be on the passenger side of the car it has a pulley that runs off the serpentine belt usually on the side lower rigfht, and very very easy to replace.
Plainly states vehicle is a 3.0,not a 3.3,and the water pump is indeed driven by the timing belt on the 3.0 .Unless you have detailed instructions on the proper procedure ,which involves lining up three separate timing marks,for replacing the belt after the repair is done,I wouldn't even attempt this as a DIY.
