some fuses look good but are bad-test with a lite--wiring harness cud hav flaws or light module has failed--buy a haynes manual at a parts place

you may find the fuse diagram on the inside of the fuse box cover, try looking under the dash there might be another fuse box there.......hope this helps....cheers

Click the search button then the blue link .Also look at fuse box diagrams . Click on electrical distribution then fuse panel . Engine compartment fuse panel . Fuse #'s 26 & 24 are headlamp fuse's . Plus two relay's ,headlight right an left also in the engine compartment fuse panel

sounds like a bad switch dam that sux
ok run a wire to the fuse pannel find the parking light fuse pull it out
insert the wires 1 wire on each side like the fuse dont let them touch you can get push clips or clips that wrap arround the fuse prongs
blow the fuse and use them if available
pur new fuse holder in line to replace the one in the pannel you are bypassing
run the wires to the dash and insert a togle switch or a rocker switch a wala you can now turn off and on your running lights
heck if you want an easier way just wire them in to a relay and hook them to your ignition accessory circut
