It isn't specified. There is more than one fuse that covers transmission. You would need an auto electrician or a transmission expert to connect a pro grade scan tool computer and diagnose if the switch or solenoid is faulty. A scan tool at this level is bi-directional and can command solenoids to operate and confirm that they do.

You could pull lower radiator hose, if you can find the drain valve.

Yes, you could have bought a bad T stat. But you might want to check the radiator also.

Do you live in an extremely cold region? If so, those folks usually have a problem with heater in winter time. With a fully warmed up engine, how hot does it get in degrees F? Are the heater hoses hot?

did you replace the thermostat? if so make sure spring side down.(spring faces in to the motor).

i have a 1999 dodge ram 1500 the top radiator hose would blow of every week . i put new hose clamps on as tight as i could no problems for two years. make sure you dont get them from auto zone they are weak

Why was radiator replaced?Did it have heat before ? If it was plugged, the heater core may also be plugged. Try flushing it with a water hose in both directions. I dont know why the botton radiator hose would be cold, the radiator should be a uniform temp and the air coming through the radiator should be HOT, when the engine is at operating temp. What condition was the old coolant? if it was rusty, the water pump may have lower flow than normal.

is this a problem w/ the interior vents? maybe stuck venting in outside air rather than from the heater box? did the heat only stop working after the radiator/hose install? if so, then you probably have a big air pocket stuck in the heater core.
