Where do i find dip stick transmission fluid A4 AUTOMATIC
B6 A4 does not have a transmission dipstick.
Procedure to check level is available in the videos provided by Kenneth above.
Basically it is done from the fill port on the underside of the transmission at a certain temperature. Job for the hobbyist mechanic at the minimum.
First video show how to change oil and then how to fill and check level.

Looks for yellow plug type knob around transmission area.
SOURCE: transmission fluid level?
There is a 11mm plug on the passenger side of the trans near the axle shaft. Remove that with the car level, trans hot, and engine idling. Fluid should just come out of there when its full.
SOURCE: there is no dip stick to check the transmission
No there is not. There is on a fill hole for rebuild and fill purpose's.

LISTEN CLOSE. THERE IS A PLUG ON PAN. REMOVE IT. WITH A SYRINGE TYPE CANISTER YOU NEED TO INJECT THE FLUID INTO IT UNTIL IT STARTS TO COME OUT. THEN CAREFULLY START VEHICLE AND INJECT ANOTHER 3/4 QUART UNLESS IT STARTS TO COME OUT OR EVEN A QUART.LET IT RUN FOR 5 MINUTES THEN CONTINUE TO INSERT UNTIL IT OVERFLOWS AND TIGHTEN THE PLUG BACK TO THE PAN. i WOULD ONLY USE AUDI VOLKSWAGON FLUID AND YES IT CAN RUN $14 TO $18 A LITER

THERE IS NO DIPSTICK. CAR MUST GO TO DEALER TO HAVE CHECKED AS SCANNER HAS TO BE HOOKED UP & MUST BE BROUGHT UP TO TEMPERATURE TO CHECK LEVEL

I think your transmission is a 4T45E which does not have a typical dipstick. Check underneath the vehicle on the transmission case above the oil pan on the passenger side of the vehicle and you will see a pipe thread plug. The transmission must be at operating temperature on a level surface and the engine running, you then remove the plug and add new fluid in the fill hole until it runs out the removed plug. You will obviously need a catch basin and do not re-insert plug until fluid has stopped overflowing. Do not turn off the engine during the process.
