Normally attached at opposite end of throttle linkage. Remove your air cleaner intake hose at throttle body, and observe throttle plate that opens & closes as you press accelerator, it will be at the end of that, on outside of housing.

if is 2000 or upper the sensor ir la T/B assy it self
becuase they up grade the sistem with a electronic T/B controler so you have to replace T/B assy olso. because is a new assy you need to relearn the adle speed that part will belong to the dealership

the throttle position sensor is located on the side of the throttle body even with the throttle plate.
