Where is the computer module on 2005 LS V6 - 2005 Lincoln LS

These are the front and rear body electronic control modules, they control all body systems.

I'm just gonna say that many problems are caused on the LSes because of faulty Coil-On-Plugs(COPs) and spark plugs when they cause interference in PCM signals.Only replace with Motorcraft parts.
To start the car,try unplugging the MAF sensor. don-ohio (:^)

Lincoln LS Starting/Stalling - Edmunds

Has the fuel filter been replaced recently, if not it could be dirty from crud in the tank jarred loose when the fuel pump was replaced.

The lincoln Ls doesn't use coil D,that is another ford product

Codes for COP Ignition Coils---PO301,302,303,304,305,306,307,308
The last # is the cylinder

V8 Cylinders-- 1234 pass side,front to back
5678 driver side

V6- 123

it is located on the transmission, it is just below where the cable that comes from the shifter hooks to the transmission.

the computer picked up a mis fire on #1 cylinder,if the car is not missing it should correct its self and clear the code

there should be about 6 or 8 . . look for the two main rear intake bolts it comes off as a big assembly

The message means the electric park brake needs serviced. In this case I feel that considering the ac problem, the Coolant Control Valve is defective. The valve can create RF interference that messes with the electronics of the park brake system. The Coolant Control Valve is located at the right side bottom of the radiator fan shroud and has 3 heater hoses connected to it.
