Tyre pressures. Conditions Hilly/ flat country city etc. Weather hot /cold windy Road conditions hard surface / loose gravel etc. Load carried- Roof mounted boot full etc Generally around 10 ltrs per 100 klms city and around 8.5 for highway and steady 100 klm per hr speed . Anything else depends on you.
Stop by any good parts store (Autozone, Advance, etc..) and have them do an OBII scan (fault scan) They will pull codes and that will identify what's troubling your truck. Most will do this FREE
It sounds like one or both of the drive axle inner joints are worn out. This condition will give a very pronounced vibration on acceleration only and will be worse with increased speed.
The signal is on the dark blue wire. Just put your red probe in the back of the connector on that wire terminal and hold your black probe on engine ground.
I have the same problem..but mine has a hard time getting up to 55 ..it also does the hard shift thing and will not excelerate going up any kind of hill.I've already replaced the input..output speed censor's and had a tune up...it has about 116,500 miles on it and i dont know if its the transmission causing the problems.
