When my 94 Regal GS frequently wouldn't start for 30 minutes to an hour
after being driven, it was the crankshaft positioning sensor that
needed to be replaced. I also replaced the harmonic balance pulley. The car ran more smoothly and started everytime.
it could be as simple as drilling holes in your catalytic converter or replacing them. Alot of these symptoms show up because of a plugged cat. converter or fried o2 sensors
i don't think it is the pump, could be your oil pressure sending unit, if it was the pump there would be no oil pressure. have you noticed any sludge built up in your valve cover where you put the oil into engine? if so your oil pump pickup screen could be plugged
NOt an expert but my guess is no. First an airbag uses essentially a powder charge to deploy the airbag. Installation and removal is not recommended for joe shade tree mechanic,it can be dangerous. Secondly all that installation has to have a place to mount and a spot inthe dashboard through which it can deploy. Chances are it if didn't come with one an airbag would have no place to "live". If it is even possible to have it done it would probably approach 50% of the value of the typical car that age. Good luck.
