05 Dodge Caravan Front blower doesn't work but rear blower works

When I turn the nob for the front air from off to low/medium/high nothing happens. However the rear air in the van doesn't seem to have a problem. Checked all the fuses and swapped out the resistors for the front and rear blowers but no luck. Any ideas on what to do next

I had the same problem, I changed the resistor that is located behind the glove compartment and it is all good now. That resistor doesn't look like a resistor when you look at it. To reconise this item, there are two connector attached to it, the one from the blower motor on which there is a green wire and a black wire. The other connector attached to the same resistor consist of 4 wires of diff colors.

2001 dodge caravan front heater does not work but the rear heater works fine

Your resistor is burned out that is why you only get high speed. Also the front blower motor is out. But check the wiring going to the resistor and make sure it is not burnt, if it is it also has to be replaced. Just went through the same issues.

First check the voltage at the front blower moter. If it has voltage then it may just need a new motor.

Heater control only works on high

You need a blower motor resistor, and the heater blower motor should be checked for high amp draw. check Napa for the part or go to Dodge..prpbably about 60.00 dollars.
