i had the same prob on a toyota check out the fuel presure if its good its prob the fuel regulater i think it should have around 32 psi but call and double check that
check Thordle Cable see if it too tight if yes loosen cable or check vacume leak , possible at thordle body air valve too far open , or remove cover at Body side 8 mm socket & turn it all the way in
check your tps sensor, or idle stop soleniod. they both control idle. Its not a major problem it wont effect your driving but may cause vehicle to die at a light.
If it does that when the engine is warmed up (full operating temp.) it may be you iac valve, or your fast idle valve. They get gummed up. It also could be your PVC valve, but probably not.:
IAC in red. Fast Idle in yellow. Your PVC valve is plugged into the valve cover (the black hose in between the red and yellow in the picture) it simply pulls out. It should rattle when shaken.
