Just had a similar problem. Brake (stop) lights and horn didn't work. Couldn't find mention of stop lights in fuse chart. Found horn fuse to be slot 21 in the engine fuse block (not the fuse block in car interior). Replaced 15A fuse and all now ok.

When you press the brake, do you hear any relays clicking? With that many problems I'd check for loose wiring harnesses under dash and at fuse box, anywhere you can get to also.

Tail lights work but not brake lights 93 toyota camry

The brake light side of the bulbs is powered by the brake switch and travels thru the turn signal switch.
If the third brake light works, I would guess the problem is in the turn signal switch.

Brake light switch. If I remember correctly, the third brake light works off a seperate circuit from the other brake lights so part of the switch could be bad.

Rear lights wont go on but brake lights work

Fuse box is a good place to start, and check under hood for power distribution box with more fuses.

Brake lights on my accord 2005 wont work with new bulbs

The brake lights are activated when you depress the brake pedal.  When depressed the brake light switch, which is located on the brake pedal level, allows the circuit to be complete.  Check for power on one side of switch then depress pedal and see if it allows power to other side of switch.  Keep me posted
