The fuses and relays controlling your high and low beams will be under your hood. There will also be a fuse under your dash as well

There are fuses and relays in the engine bay by the Battery. Check there, the fuses and relays there are the high amp's and they may have gone bad. Keep me posted, if the relays and fuses are good. There may be an issue with the DRL. Good luck and hope this helps.

Headlamps not working.

is the light setup one ballast for high and low beam ? if so the ballast has gone, probably even the bulbs. replace the ballast and bulbs. some aftermarket ballasts don't last, if you cannot find the right ballast for replacement you will need to replace both ballasts. as every ballast set are set the same and sold in pairs.

2003 envoy low beams will not work.fuses good, bulbs good, replcd turn signal assembly, not fixed.no relay in fuse box for low beams.only high beam relay.

For the I6 engine there is a relay for low beams, it's relay # 46. Switch it with relay #45 (runs the fan, same model relay) and see if your lights now come on. These 2 relays are the only 2 black ones in there (part # 15016745). Also, try to clean the contacts very well on the fuse box and the relay. If not, you may have some frayed wiring in the harness.

By the way, the high beam relay is #43, the gray one next to the windshield wiper relay #42.frontfuses.jpg

My low beam headlights do not work as daytime running lights or manually with the headlight knob pulled out . The high beam headlights however do work if I have the knob pulled out all the way with the...

Check out your fuse associate with the low beam headlight, secondly there is a relay fuse under fuse rely box under the hoos. Locate this box, and locate the relay fuse associated to the low beam. You can rotate the relay with another relay of the same spec to see if the low beam lights are coming on. I would believe that it is a fuse that is blown, check your owners manaual on the location of the fuse box. Usually it's located in the driver side kick panel.

How did you check the relays? The most common reason for low beams to be out is Relay #46 in the underhood fuse panel.
