The torque is 90 foot lbs, and they want you to use new bolts, the old ones are stretched and CAN NOT be reused, tighten 20 lbs at a time in proper sequence as outlined in service manual.
SOURCE: need cylinder head gasket torque specs.
looks like there is special sequence to reassemble and tightening, a quick note replace any bolts that have two punch marks.tighten as follows: x x x x x 10 4 2 6 8 x x x x x 7 5 1 3 9 torque all down to 15 ft lbs torque to 30 ft lbs plus 90 degrees. Good luck!
SOURCE: Torque specs for mighty max
Per my Chilton's manual tehe bolts should be (cold engine) 65 to 72 FT. Pnds., the cam shaft bearing bolts should be 8x25 = 15 - 19 Ft pnds and the 8x65 should be 14 - 15 Ft Pnds.
The sequence is as follows for the (10 ) head bolts:
7 - 5 - 2 - 4 - 10
9 - 3 - 1 - 6 - 8
I hope this may help,
Tom

SOURCE: Hi, I need to know when I need to change the
The owners manual says nothing about ATF change intervals. The warranty manual says check it regularly. In the severe service section of the warranty manual it says for severe duty change it at 30,000 miles(48,000 kilometers). I would consider changing the ATF no later than 50,000 miles(80,000 kilometers). Mitsubishi cars use there own Diamond ATF SP III. If you do not change it by 60,000 to 70,000 miles (96,000 to 113,000 kilometers) the transmission may start to act funny when shifting. Regular changes will keep you from experiencing this problem. Be sure to use genuine Mitsubishi Diamond ATF SP III or a synthetic equivalent.
