Have you tried bypassing the turbo to check if the turbo is helping? is the pump calibrated well? check all the hoses from the turbo especially the turbo boost compensator hose that goes to the injection pump or something like it

2003 ford focus coded p1300

The code translates as:
P1300 = Boost Calibration Fault.
There is a leak somewhere in you turbo system. A loose pipe clamp, a cracked or split pipe or possibly a stuck blow off valve (dump valve). Get the whole system checked by a specialist. That should explain the loss of power.

When i accelerate my engine back fires and wont go. but sometimes if i accelerate hard it will take off and when i ease on gas it start to deccelerate and slow down again

I would start with checking the plugs, wires, coil packs. If you haven't had a tune up in a while it will never hurt to replace these. Also check and clean throttle body. Check all around your intake manifold at each vacuum line for cracks and or leaks. May also be your catalytic converter. Does it run fine in park and neutral but have a loss of power in gear. Hope this helps

T350 90 ford transit lost accelerating power 02 plate 2.4 durator

The actuator only opens when maximun set boost has been achieved. the actuator lets exhaust gas bypass the turbo once it has reached its pressure. check for vacuum leaks, cracks in the intake piping.

Power loss and black smoke?

I had a similar issue to this after I got in a VERY small fender bender (literally) in an 87 Turbo Supra. In my case, my pasenger fender got pushed in JUST enough to crack a charge pipe and cause a boost leak.

Basically, what was happening was the turbo would spool and build boost, the mass fair flow sensor would read all this air coming in and tell the ECU to dial up the the appropriate amount of fuel. When the air reached the cracks in the charge pipe, it would escape out of them. Thus there was a much lower air-to-fuel ratio, causing less fuel to combust, which lead to power loss and black smoke out of the exhaust.

My guess is either an oxygen sensor, or more likely a boost leak.

Good luck mate.
