Have your charge system tested.
clean your battery cable ends,
also make sure there is nothing staying on when you have the car turned off.
at night walk around see if any light are on,inside and out.listen for any noise coming from the car it should be quiet, you are testing for a battery drain(draw).

2006 cobalt will not crank I have replaced battery , starter checked all fuses and relays and ran security relearn procedure

Does it click or try to crank when you turn the key? If nothing happens it could be a faulty safety switch (clutch or park on an automatic) or the ECM (electronic control module)

2006 Chev Cobalt won't crank...no lights, no sounds nothing. When tried to get the key out it won't go past the ACC position? Any ideas on the problem?

Is the battery dead? Check your battery condition and connections. Check your starter fuse from there. Check the connection to the starter then progress to the ignition side of the concern

I have a 2006 Chevy Cobalt. the key is stuck in the ignition and will not turn all the way back, it has been like this for 2 days now. my battery is dead and there is no spare key. i took it to the dealer...

Your ignition switch is stuck. Listen, go back to your car and try moving the steering wheel left and right, back and forth. As you are doing this, try to get your key unlocked from the switch. Sometimes you can get them out this way. Otherwise, you might have to take it out the hard way. Try it and write me back. Let me know if it works. If not, I can guide you through the steps.

2006 Chevy Cobalt. My power steering goes out.

It sounds like the power steering motor is overheating pre maturely. Changing the motor should take care of the problem. What really happens is the motor reports to the power steering module that it is over heating and the module is shutting power to the motor down, the motor is actually no overheating.

Batterty dead. Check engine light/Antifreeze pouring

The main problem could be a well known cobalt ignition issue. check all fuses, wires, and connections if you've worked on cars before and call to see if you still have any warranty left. This should be handled by a chevy dealer or chevy trained mechanic...to isolate the issue fast and avoid repeat visits to get er done.
