I put oil in the car but it says i have low oil

I put 2 qt of oil each time i fill up with gas. I have no links and no smoke

After adding oil, let oil sit about 3 minutes before checking it.
First pull out dipstick, wipe off, then reinsert and check, oil should be above check oil mark

This ia a false reading just go bye the dip stick reading then unhook your neg battery cable for 30 sec then reconnect 10mm socket or wrench should fit this will clear the code if your light come back on and the oil is low again in a short period of time get it looked at
