LOCATION OF LOW PRESSURE AC VALVE ON 1992 FORD ECONOLINE 150 TO CHARGE AC

there a valve on top of the motor on the fuel rail you can check it after turning over the engine and if it has pressure it is getting fuel

think its on top of the dryer under the front inner wing ,most early fords are here ,an american ? dont really know but europeon vehicles its here

LOW PRESSURE SIDE IS THE SUCTION CHARGE SIDE WILL BE FROM AC COMPRESSOR REFRIGERANT LINE TO THE ACCUMULATOR OR DRIER TO THE EVAPORATOR IN THE FIRE WALL THE AC COMPRESSOR LINE TO THE CONDENSOR IS THE HIGH PRESSURE SIDE YOUR DISCHARGE SIDE. DONT DONT TRY CHARGING AC SYSTEM AT THE HIGH PRESSURE SIDE. CHARGE AT THE LOW PRESSURE SIDE.

Passenger side of the engine near the throttle body of the engine. see picture of valve below.
There will be a EGR valve position sensor mounted on the top of the valve with a round connector with one flat side going to it.

If this is a van then the location is toward the back of the fire wall just about in the middle right under the wiper cowl. follow the aluminum line that runs in the back there you will find it .The connection is almost hidden.

it is located back by the fire wall follow the bigger line from the receiver drier toward the right it is tucked up by the back top about center under the hood !

AS FOR YOUR VENT PROBLEM.THE VENT DOORS ARE CONTROLED BY VACCUM.THERE IS A VACCUM LINE THAT COMES FROM THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT INTO THE DASH.IT SHOULD BE EASY TO FIND.IT WILL GO THROUGH THE FIREWALL ABD U CAN SEE IT FROM THE ENGINE SIDE.IT SHOULD HAVE A ONE WAY VALVE IN IT SO IT DOES NOT LOSE VACCUM W/U STEP ON THE GAS.THE LOW PRESSURE FITTING WILL BE IN THE PASSENGER SIDE ON THE FILTER/DRYER OR THE BIG LINE

The low pressure service gauge port valve is located on the evaporator to accumulator/drier suction line.


The evaporator to accumulator/drier suction line contains low pressure refrigerant gas and is equipped with a serviceable low pressure A/C charge valve port.

I have a 94 E350, and mine has 2 fuse boxes. One is under the steering column at the driver's seat, by the brake pedal. The other is under the hood, when you're facing the van it's just a little to the left and below the driver's side battery.
