SOURCE: Can't find where the spark plugs are located

The 2003 Kia Sorento with 3.5L V6 has the spark plugs located under black plastic covers in the center channel of each cylinder head. Several brackets, cables, and hoses must be moved out of the way to access them. The manufold air intake tube needs to be removed on the right bank.
The left cylinder bank has coil-on-plug assemblies while the right bank has more conventional spark plug caps with sealing assemblies to keep dirt/moisture out of the spark plug wells. The coil-packs are held with two 10mm bolts each and are difficult to get to. Use universal-joint sockets and an extension.

Takes about  2.5 hours to R/R spark plugs. The average do it yourself'er will take longer (usually). All electrical plugs are color-coded and/or indexed so it's pretty difficult to screw it up. The cruise control actuator cable is in the way on the left bank. Twisting the cable elbow upright releases it from the actuator allowing it to be bent sideways to gain clearance.

Good luck and hope this helps.

SOURCE: Where are the spark plugs located?

Underneath the sparkplug wires. If you have the 4-cylinder, there should be 4 wires/plugs in the holes in the valve cover (or three on each side in the V6). If you pull up on those wireplugs, the sparkplugs are inside those cylinders.

Hope helped (remember rated this help).

Locating spark plugs on 2003 buick century

I am assuming you have a 3.1 v6 engine the spark plugs are 3 right in the front next to the oil dipstick and above the exhaust manifold you can follow the wires from the coil to find each plug. The other 3 are on the back side of the engine and can be difficult to get to. Easiest way is to remove the upper engine mounts and tilt the engine forward a few inches with a ratchet strap or something to gain clearance. MAKE SURE it is secure because your arms will be back there. And those three plugs are in the same location as others just on the opposite side of the engine.again just follow spark plug wires down to the plug.

Suzuki plug location!

Remove the securing bolt for the spark generator--each plug has one--I think it is 10mm-then withdraw the unit and the spark plug is way down there--you may have to remove the cross brace to access No 3 I think it is.

How to chage spark plaugs - 05 Outback

the spark plugs are recessed in cylinder head, easyiest way to do remove air filter box on passanger side, remove spark plug wires give a twist then pull use 5/8 socket a3/8 swivel and a 12 inch externsion along with 3/8 rachet theses are tools of the trade, the extensions may not be avaible to you but these tools take the bending over and frustration out of the job, the plugs on the drivers side are easier nothing to remove but the wires good luck
