Most of the time there is another fuse that shares another function such as the clock light so you cant see it, it might be on but not light up to see it, go through all the fuses and check if anything else is not working ie interior light etc. if all fails check the bulb in clock then get a multi meter to check for a power supply to the clock. im sure another fuse some where

Renault Clio 2013 horn works only if turned

bingo , first ever post with such a good test (ding ding !)
the steering clock spring contacts are bad.

that is the problem. (issues are pet stains)
now cure is new clock spring assembly.
how to fix it is covered in the service manual
Generic:
  1. disable air bags SRS.
  2. pull off bag from center of steering wheel.
  3. pull off steering wheel. spec tools. *(called puller)
  4. remove clock spring and replace it.
  5. reverse order to finish up.

no Renault's in USA so no books to share here. 2013 zero.
last one here 1987 , long long gone and forgotten.

Radio, CD player, Sync, clock stopped working on my 2008 Ford Explorer

Most likely a fuse. If your fuse box is labeled it will say radio under the fuse. If its not check your owners manual for location of fuse box and radio fuse.

I'm looking for the indash clock wire connection for my 2000 Toyota 4Runner. I would prefer a photo. I was working on my aftermarket radio CD player and reinstalled it. The clock was working before that.

There is 1 fuse for the clock: If your audio system is working then that fuse is OK (instrument panel 18 15 amp fuse). Check it out just to be safe, you never know. If the fuse is OK then the clock itself has gone bad. I've heard of this happening after radio installs, no idea why. Anyway, I have clock removal instructions at www.autoclockrepair.com. I also offer a very affordable repair service with a lifetime guarantee.

I have a 4 DR 2002 Tracker. There are two fuse blocks. One is under the driver side instrument panel and the other is in the engine compartment on passenger side. Did you look at both?

Cd player/car clock doesnt work

Most likely a blown fuse. I'm not 100% sure, but typically on the side of the dash where it would be covered by the drivers side door or under the hood you'll find the fuse box. The fuse your looking for will typically be labeled "CLOCK" or "Radio". Pull it and replace with the same size fuse.
