In the engine: 10w30 or 10w40 if you live in a desert area with mild winters. And for zert fitting type lube points, I'd use a premium grade grease chassis lubricant.

I need to change my ATF oil for 2004Saturn vue but dont know how many liters of oil it holds, kindly assist

To get the fill capacity on ATF call a local oil change or quick lube like oilstop and they will tell you. The vibration is most likely from a tire that has lost its balance, a weight is placed around the rim to keep your tire in balance as it rotates you might be missing one. Any tire store will be able to check this for you with no or minimal fee.

What kind of oil goes in the transfer case

It depends on your transfer case

spicer 18 and 20 takes 80W-90 gear oil
dana 300 takes 85W-90 gear oil.

I personally don't think it would matter either way if you put 85 or 80. They both lube well. Thats my opinion.

Key wont turn in the ignition is there anything that can bee done to release it?

you can try getting a tube of powerded graphite lock lube, the pins in the lock cylinder are sticking and causing this problem, the lube may free them up, DONOT USE ANYTHING LIKE WD40, IT WILL GUM THE LOCK UP, NO OIL LUBE OF ANY KIND. the lock lube is avil at hardware stores and lock shops.
