Take the top off the master cyl and slowly very slow push in on the clutch and watch for any bubbles comming up.Replace the top and pump pressure and bleed at the master direct by using the lines for bleeders.

I have a94 ford ranger regular cab 2.3 l 4 speed with over drive it will start but won't engage has little to no clutch pressure but I can get it in gear after pumping my clutch what's my problem

First, I would check the fluid in the master cylinder for the hydraulic clutch. If it is low, top it off. If the fluid level is low, it means you will probably need either the master cylinder, the slave cylinder, or both. These vehicles are extremely hard to purge the air out of the hydraulic clutch system. If you have to replace the clutch slave cylinder, you may need a proffesional.

Press clutch down truck still moves foward on a 98 isuzu hombre

If you've not done anything to your truck, check the Clutch master cylinder under the hood, there is a resivoir that should have brake fluid in it. It usually sits next to the Brake master cylinder & is a smaller unit. If nothing has been done to the system recently, and your fluid is full, either the Clutch Master Cyl. or the Clutch Slave Cy. mounted on the bellhousing of the trans. is defective, or has a leaking connection.

If leaking connection, tighten & bleed the system. Check under the clutch pedal on the floorboard for brake fluid, if you find it, the Clutch Master Cyl is the problem & will need ot be replaced. Otherwise, the Clutch Slave Cyl. will need to be replaced. System has to be bled after replacing either & the Clutch Master Cyl. must be bled before hooking up the lines to the Clutch Slave Cyl.

Good Luck

good luck.

My 1994 ford rangers clutch pedal just lost all pedal

There are two types of clutch actuators. (Mechanical & Hydtraulic)
A. For mechanical type,- Check the clutch cable as
this could be cut from wear and tear. This is easy
to replace. You can find this connected to the
pedal and the clutch lever near the transmission.
B.For hydraulic operated - Check the level of the
hydraulic oil at the cylinder of the hydraulic
actuator under the hood. This actuator is
directly connected to the pushrod driven by the
pedal. If the actuator is leaking, you have buy
a repair kit (Hyraulic clutch repair kit for Ford
Ranger 1994 MOdel.) These items must be
repaired to activate your pedal.

Is it a bad Slave Cylinder or a Master Cylinder on my 00 ranger?

Sounds like a slave cyl problem as usually if the master is bad you wont even be able to pump the pedal to get it to shift

Is it a bad Slave Cylinder or a Master Cylinder on my 95 F-150

did you try to take line off at slave cyl. and see if fluid comes from resavor? also take bleeder out and see if holes are pluged up in bleeder. if all this chks. out ok than its got to be slave cyl. they have been known to go bad. just that quick too.

New slave cylander, can't get hydraulic preasure.

mechanics bodge this one ,slacken bleed nipple and hold finger on end then shout to mrs to push pedal down ,you then shout hold it down ,and apply a bit of pressure on nipple and then shout up,wait 5 secs for fluid to refill in master cylinder and repeat this 6/7 times then you should have some pressure ,maybe only a little bit but it becomes easier to bleed .if this doesnt work blame mrs throw a wobbly and throw her in the pool or fishpond and buy a new master cylinder or re rubber it and repeat again but i guarentee it will work then as she will be praying so hard to allah--- the almighty one will make it happen for you
