Can't say for sure about this particular model, but most vehicles with sunroofs have a manual crank for situations like this. Generally it is located forward of the sunroof on the roof of the interior of the car, sometimes under a panel or interior light. This at least will get the roof closed until the problem can be fixed. It may also allow the sun roof to realign itself and help the electric crank to start working again.
I was having similar problems and I ended up having to get roof repair services in Aurora, CO and they did a great job and weren't too expensive.
