Check fuse supplying fan is not blown,
Check blower control switch is operating OK,
Check relay controlling fan is operating OK,
Check variable speed resistor pack is not faulty (the resistor pack is usually located in the blower ducting, in the blower airflow),
Check blower motor ground connection is not missing.

YJ car.
the blower is dead. is that it?
does it blow full speed on high
do you have 12v on terminal A of blower , term B is 0v ground
got that, then the blower is dead.
if not 12v, then the controls are bad.

How can i fix the heat to blow hot air in my 1996 ford econoline250 cargo van

so either the blower motor isn't blowing or its just blowing cold air-always start with fuses-then check for 12v at the blower motor-use a volt ohm meter- if you have 12v then the blower motor is bad-if there is no warm air blowing out-look for the water valve that lets the hot water into the heater core-its on the small hose going back to the heater core-make sure its operating-cheers Denny
