My 2005 PT Cruiser's back-up lights (for indicating reverse) and rear fogger aren't working. Both items stopped working at the same time. I've tried new 3157 bulbs for the back-ups with no change. After having repair work done following a minor rear end collision, I received my car back with both items working again, however, about a month later, both items stopped working again. Is it possible that they are inter-related issues? A fuse perhaps? Which fuse slot(s) is for these items?
Most likely the wiring was miss reinstalled, wore through the insulation and shorted, causing the fuse to blow.
