Semi auto wont start or engage gear.................

I have a semi auto Hyundai Atoz that either refuses to start, or when it does occasionally, it wont allow the auto clutch to operate and hence you cant select a gear. We have cleaned the pump and bled the system, but have we missed something or not correctly reset the system?
Thanks for any help

SOURCE: clutch pedal is very heavy to push down

If the clutch in your car is hydralic there is no way to adjust that type of clutch. That you describe the clutch as being hard to push and that you have to have the clutch "right down on the floor to engage a gear" is an indication that the clutch is worn and needs to be replaced. If the clutch in your car is pushed by a cable, the cable might be adjustable and if that is the case you might get a few more months of use from the car, but the fix is still the same, you will need to get a new clutch put in your car.

SOURCE: hyundai excel 1996 automatic will engage reverse

It appears you have a Forward Clutch FAILURE. Replace the trans after you get it diagnosed and verified by a professional technician. By the way, do you have a Check Engine light? If so, what is the diagnostic code? The dealership can scan the system and find any codes which may have been stored in the TCM (Transmission Control Module). If there were any 'Incorrect Gear Ratio" codes, it's most probably the trans itself.

SOURCE: 2002 Hyundai Accent won't go into gear.

Probably the arm that holds the rtelease bearing in the bell housing has slipped out of place. Get someone to depress the clutch while you check the arm is not loose. If the cylinders are working then its most likely the arm is disconected. If you are lucky you may get it put back in place by looking through the inspection hole but most likely you will have to seperate the engine and gearbox. Sorry I havent better news for you.

SOURCE: it revs like hell as if it is stuck on choke help

Change the idle air control, this controls the idle,it is most likely stuck closed, allowing the idle to remain too high.

My Hyundai Elantra 1998 model refuse to go into 3rd gear, can you assist me or what part do I need to buy to fix this probmlem

dear friend:if your vehicle do not engage 3rd gear it"s not a small job,the valve body needs to be removed and cleaned out and checked for sticky valves as that supply the pressure
to the drum to engage, clutches might be burnt
then the box must be stripped completely and recoditioned.
