go tt www.volvocars.com select your region (ie United States). Go to sales&service and click on volvo owners info. you will have to register but all that is required is an email address. Put in your information about year and model car, you can click owners information and should be able to download a free copy of your owners manual. I had to do the same thing for my s60.
