I asked the question, what is the main cause of daytime fatigue. I was talking about human fatigue and not vehicle fatigue. I would appreciate a correct answer. Thank you.
Re: I asked the question, what is the main cause of...
There are many things that can cause it. Lack of sleep, eating wrong, overworked, depression.
This is something you need to bring up to your doctor.

Global Warming is Human Caused. Scientists have concluded that most of the observed warming is very likely due to the burning of coal, oil, and gas. This conclusion is based on a detailed understanding of the atmospheric greenhouse effect and how humanactivities have been tweaking it.
It sounds like your asking about 2 different issues.
1. If you are talking about your gas lines freezing, then you should add a bottle of fuel treatment to your gas tank, next time you get gas. If you can-add the treatment and then FILL your tank.
2. If you are talking about your radiator and fluid, you may have too much water in the system. I would recommend a flush and fill service at your favorite mechanic. Most vehicles require a certain "color" of anti freeze, and we think we can purchase a bottle and go for it. Truth is, if you add the wrong kind you can damage your vehilce. Also, some people still add water to the radiator and that's usually not a good idea, for cold or hot temperature days. Why don't you list the year and make of your vehicle, and I could look up the exact anti freeze you need.
PS. a radiator flush and fill should be done by a mechanic, or someone familiar with that service. Remember radiator fluid is toxic and a small amount can kill animals and make a human very ill. Must be drained and disposed of properly. Good Luck!
The daytime running lights are on for safety. The engine light needs to have the error code extracted from the computer and then investigate that indication. The error code is not necessarily the cause or issue, but rather a clue.
To start with, there is no way that your problem could be CAUSED by a fuse. Fuses DO NOT cause electrical failures. Electrical failures cause blown fuses.
Then to answer the question you asked, I would need to know what YEAR your Honda HRV is and whether it is equipped with daytime running lamps. - OR - you could simply look in your owner's manual.
There isn't a fuse for the Daytime Running Lights on your vehicle. However Relay #173 controls the lights, but it may require the removal of Relay #384 to be able to see it
follow the wires to the drl relay. It must be inline from the regular light switch to the headlamps. I have a 1990 Cadillac Deville that has an aftermarket module that controls the daytime running lamps, and it is mounted on the driver's side wheel well.
Some relays are found in the fuse box under the hood.
If your daytime running lamps burnt out, take it to an electrical shop and ask them to check it out.
If you buy an aftermarket daytime running lamp kit, they can install it for you.
But, I agree, you should check for voltage and function at the relay for the daytime running lamps on your Astro.
But, if all else fails, the electrical shop should be able to diagnose and repair this problem.
the click you are talking about is the high beam relay.
you nedd to get a tester or voltmeter and check the sockets for 12v.
there has been instances where both low beam bulbs went at once.
do the daytime running lights work?
if not, supect the daytime module...it is also wired into the parking brake.
if you put the park brake on first, then start the vehicle, the dtr do not come on
I had the "service vehicle soon" light come twice with in 1 year. First the heald light bulbs were gone. Replaced the head light bulbs and after 2 starts the "service vehicle soon" light was gone.
The second time the DRL - #194 amber bulbs were gone. Replaced these and the "service vehicle soon" light was gone after 2 starts. The DRLs are housed in the headlamp housing, the tiny bulbs beside the head light.
