You should be able to check the manual that came with the car. Most of the fuse are either by the driver left side by the floor or under the hood.

SOURCE: I need fuse location for windshield washer on 2006

Normally all fusebox are properly labelled (labelled as washer or accessories) But to be sure, you can check all the fuse for busted ones, by running a continuity test for each of the fuses, using a multi-tester. Set the multi-tester to Ohms 1 x 10 or 1 x 100. Take the fuse one at a time and put the probe one to each fuse contacts. The reading should be
zero for good one and no movement for busted ones.

There is a Small Screen in the Very Bottom of the Reservoir that Screens the Washer Fluid before it Gets to the Pump. Check this Screen and the Pump for Clogs. You will need to Empty the Reservoir and Remove the Tank for this Repair. Please Rate My Response! Thanks!

Winshield washer motor does not run

The wiper and washer motors us the same fuse. So if the wipers work, it's not the fuse. The washer motor wiring, the top wire is voltage, bottom wire is ground. As you can see, at the wiper/washer switch, #5 sends voltage for washer motor, you can see the wire colors. If good voltage and ground and no washer action suspect the washer motor. Before replacing anything, make sure the plumbing from washer fluid to windshield is not clogged.
