I could not find one on my Enclave either. I ended up disconnecting the lower rad hose and draining the coolant that way. It worked fine and was easy to do.

Is your security light on?? has it ever been hard to start? Your car is one that has a common failure of its security system... I had a buick that is happened to and I found this bypass
On many front drive V6 engines it is easier to change the plugs from under the car....... easy may not be the correct word but at least you can get them out.
Read the owner manual.
Note that 2008 & 2009 manuals have incorrect information. Locate 2010 Enclave on internet. It has correct description and bulb number. Bulb is a 7443, NOT a 3157.
