It's going to be about 37 ft lbs.

Head Bolts
Step one 37 ft lbs then tignten 120 degrees more
Rocker arms
Step one 11 ft lbs then tighten 90 degresss more
Upper intake
89 inch lbs
Lower intake
132 inch lbs

Valve Rocker Arm Bolt 19 N·m + 30° (14 lb ft+ 30°)
A GM dealer shows me another source, which says 32 Nm (24 lb-ft). Not sure which one is right but they screwed up my car.

torque all at 44 ft. lbs. the first time then an additional 95 degrees on all the second time and thats it. you will need a degree wheel to do the torque the second time, thank you and let me know if i can help anymore help

99 chevy malibu v6 3.1 engine, head bolt torque is-- 98 through 2001 is step1- 37 foot lbs, step 2- rotate an additional 90 degrees (1/4 turn). the rocker arm bolts are 168-in. lbs.
