You do not need the spring. It was only for keeping the seat back from rattling.

How do I bypass the immobiliser on mitshebushy l200

If you are looking to bypass the immobilizer permanently that is not an option. If you are installing a remote starter there are several options if you have the proper transponder key. Some company's offer bypass modules that can be programmed to the vehicle if you have 2 transponder (chip) keys. If you have only 1 key you can have it cloned and put into a device that is known in the industry as a key coffin. This device couples the signal from the coded key in the coffin into a loop or coil of wire wrapped around the key cylinder when enabled to let the car start without the transponder key in the ignition. Look for remote start bypass modules on the internet th find one for your car. Some devices can be flash programmed to your vehicle again if you have the transponder key or keys. Otherwise the only way to bypass it is with the proper factory scan tool available to dealers this is only temporary.

Immoboliser of city dont work

First of all you need to programm all ignition keys using suitable diagnostic equipment (VAS, VAG-Com) connected to the data link connector of the car.

You have an electronic immobilizer key recognition problem. Now your key chip is not recognized by the transponder antenna fitted on the ignition switch barrel.

  • Everytime when you had a new key you must programm all available ignition car keys before trying to start the engine with this new key !!!

  • You have an electronic immobilizer key recognition problem. Your key chip is not recognized by the transponder antenna fitted on the ignition switch barrel. Do you have this warning symbol lightning on the dashboard?

This warning lamp indicates that the engine is locked by the immobilizer system, and the engine start sequence must be repeat again.

From year 1995 in Audi-VW (VAG) cars is used engine immobilizer. The VAG group immobilizer system consists of an immobilizer ECU which controls the recognition of keys and the Engine Management ECU system. Immobilizer is activated when the ignition key is removed and, together with the engine control unit, largely prevents unauthorized starting of the engine. The system uses a transmitter and receiver unit in the ignition key (transponder). Whenever an attempt is made to start the engine, it transmits a new code to the car's electronics. The immobilizing is only cancelled and car motor electronic receives permission to start engine if the key sends a right authorization code.

Use another ignition key that you have, and start the engine.

You will need to programm all ignition keys using suitable diagnostic equipment (VAS, VAG-Com) connected to the data link connector of the car.

VW Polo starts for about two seconds and then dies. Does any one know what causes it? Its a 1.6 fuel injection 97 model. SA

sounds like you have an immobiliser problem.your car probably has a transponder key.if you have a spare key,try using that one and see if it works.if not,you need to have the car put on a diagnostic machine to see what fault codes come up.have you dropped the key by any chance?if so the chip inside the key has fallen out and you need a new key coded to the vehicle...good luck
