When I boost it he is starding well.I wonder it's a relay issu or something els or the starter himsels. It,S a CRV 2002
Most definitely sounds like either the cables from the battery to the fuse box or from the fuse box to the starter. If the cables seem to be clean at the battery it could be where they attach to the fuse box is corroded. If both ends of thos cables are fine then check corrosion on the cables from the fuse box to the starter.
I would look at corrosion and resistance in the battery cables and terminal ends.
SOURCE: car engine will not crank
on the starter there is a big battery cable and a small signal. wire connect a test light to the signal wire and try to crank the engine. if the light comes on then you will need a starter. be sure you have good connections first good luck.bye the way the light should only be on when you hold the key in crank pos.if the light is on all the time you are on the wrong wire.

did you try turning the key all the way over while moving the gearshift selector through all positions.Sounds like gearshift linkage may need adjusted.

Hi. This sounds like your "Neutral Safety switch". It's designed so that you don't start your car in gear in drive and accidentally crash.
Here is the part at autozone.
... These are in the shifter on most cars, but sometimes they are hidden on top of the transmission. I'm sorry, I don't have a book on your exact model.
Hope that helps.

SOURCE: 2002 GMC Envoy, i put the key in ignition and
Ignition switch and neutral safety switch. Next time it happens wiggle thekeys in the ignition switch and try to restart. If it starts its probably the ignition switch. Then locate neutral safety switch on brake pedal and put meter on B+ wire from switch to starter relay and see if you get B+ on the would -be- crank. Next locate B+ wire from starter relay to starter hook a meter to it and see if you get B+ on the would -be crank.
Where ever B+ is missing is your problem.
