Should mention it was installed back in 2012 but the car only has about 23,000 miles on it so I'm not getting rid of it.
Check the fuses-and connectors

Try disconnecting battery for a few minutes then hook it back up. Seems to make the console reset and reboot. Worked on my 2009 Camry. If that doesn't work then it could be a loose or dirty connector. Good luck
There is a security sequence/ code needed to reset the stereo unit if it has at any point been disconnected from battery power - it should all be in your manual

I had this say problem with my 2000 solara. Here is the fix, remove one of the car battery terminals for a couple of mins (3-4mins). The reattach the battery terminal back. This would make your cd player and car clock reset. once you start your car you should be able to eject the cds. You'll just need to reprogram all your preset radio station. Hope it helps

THIS IS A RADIO PROBLEM, THIS PROBLEM WILL REQUIRE THE RADIO BEING SENT OUT TO AN AUTHORIZED FACTORY ELECTRONICS REPAIR CENTER, THERE IS NO BLOWN FUSE OR THE RADIO WOULD NOT EVEN TURN ON.

I had the same problem. disconnect the battery cables. then reconnect them. this will reset the cd player and it should relaese all your cd player problems.
this happened twice to me and the above worked fine both times.
