I am not familiar with this model but I would guess that your ac pump is partially seized or seized completely. When you turn on the ac a clutch engages in the pump and puts a load on the engine to run the ac. If the pump is very difficult to turn the engine will struggle to keep going.
Allen, this is a $8 fix for the I6 engine. Prior to this happening, you disconnected the battery for whatever reason right? Remove fuses # 10 and #28 under the hood. Remove your throttle body, and clean both sides of it with a rag and a toothbrush with a sensor safe spray like Seafoam ($8 roughly). When done, hook everything back up, re-insert the fuses, done, problem solved. Very very common.

For the stalling issue, the throttle body needs to be cleaned, grime in this area prevents the throttle plate from closing completely and allowing air to enter, making the air/fuel mixture lean.
The dead speedometer could be a bad stepper motor in the instrument cluster or a bad speed sensor on the transmission. If the cruise control is not working, the problem is most likely the speed sensor.

If it has not pulled any codes (idiot light). Clean your throttle body, and change your spark plugs with A/C Delcos #41-103, most other brands will cause rough idle like Autolites and Bosch. This would be a cheap way to fix this problem.
If by chance you have just recently changed the battery or had the battery unhooked. Let me know, it's an easier fix that costs virtually nothing.

There are only to things which could cause this.The wiper motor cover or the switch itself.Which is part of the multi-function switch.The cover is cheaper.It is located under the air inlet grill.The cover is on the wiper motor itself.There is a circuit board on here that causes this problem.It is the part you need to replace.Hope this helps.Good luck.
