Could you please recheck this code. There doesn't appear to be a U0000 code listed. It could be a code only dealership systems can find. Comment below and I'll try to help you more.
Well it's like this, the issues sar5ed when my boyfriend was reconnecting the negative on the battery and some how tapped the wratchet on some metal and thats when he said sparks came from the positive side of the battery..... and ever since the running lights, dash pannel, back up lights, power door locks & windows, power seats and inside lights don't work at all......
Also the code came off a device I have from metro PC's that plugs right into the obd and so far none of the codes it's given me have been wrong
It sounds like he has created a ‘short circuit’. The vehicle uses a complicated network of wires and sensors called the “CAN BUS” network. If you’ve lost all those electrical features there might be a burnt out wire or blown fuses somewhere in that network, possibly due to the ‘short circuit’.
I can only recommend you use a Good Auto Electrician to give the whole car’s electronics a full check over. The problem could be anything from a cheap fix like a blown fuse to something more serious, (and more expensive).
A dealer could do this for you but it could cost a lot more money.

Take the air cleaner off and open the throttle (have someone hold the gas pedal to the floor) and look down into the intake manifold, if you see gasoline, the Fuel Pressure Regulator may be leaking sometimes there are plastic fuel lines inside that can leak also. When either of these leak, the engine should run REAL BAD/RICH. Black smoke coming from tail pipe.

Just an axle shaft or the whole assembly?
