SOURCE: Bumper cover removal

It is a little more complicated than that. There are two nuts below the headlight assemblies in the engine compartment. You will need to remove the battery and overflow bottle to get at the one on the passenger side. Remove the turn signals in the bumper, then there are 2 or 3 bolts holding a mounting bracket behind the each of the turn signals. There are a number of bolts with washer heads and reatiners on the underside of the bumper as the previous responder indicated.

Step number three says to remove front bumper cover. If you see a better way, use your best judgement. Sometimes the database procedures are not the easiest or quickest, it just depends? I have no experience on your particular vehicle.

Removing rear bumper cover for 2007 uplander

Lift the tail gate. There are clips or screws along the top edge. Remove this. The clips all you do is pull the center pin with a panel tool or pliers then the rest will come out. Then you will need to remove the clips holding the rear side of each of the back wheel wells in. Under that will be more clips, screws or bolts that hold the side edges of the bumper cover on.
