Remove the row of five bolts from the front edge of the rear bumper, just behind the rear tires, with a Phillips screwdriver.
Reach inside the rear bumper where the bumper meets with the rear quarter panel of the car, just behind the rear tire. Remove the row of bolts with a ratchet and 10mm socket.
Open the trunk and find the row of plastic clips along the top of the bumpre on the outside of the trunk. These clips look like plastic circles. Pry them up with a flat screwdriver until they pop out. Pull the bumper off of the Camry.

1 - Remove one screw at each side's fender:
2 Remove two screws and clips at the back.
3 Pull out the bumper.
4 If needed remove screws holding spoiler support
5 Perform operations in reverse order to reassemble
