Could you take out a bulb and with a testlight/probe check that you do in fact have power to that circuit .Also check that they are the correct bulb for that application I have seen people put indicator bulbs in where therse supposed to be a double filament bulb.Does the base of the bulbs lead contacts line up with the two steel terminals inside the plug?

TURN SIGNALS WILL FEED BACK THROUGH THE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH.THEY ARE INDEPENDENT OUT SIDE ON THE CAR BUT NOT IN THE SIGNAL SWITCH.REPLACE THE SIGNAL SWITCH
SOURCE: front driver side turn signal light doesn't flash
replace flasher......usually located in fuse block area...listen in this area....select passenger side ...then select driver side...you can hear flasher clicking...you have seperate flashers for each...FLASHERS are small cubes plugged into fuse block....probable bad driverside flasher

There is a relay that runs the brake/turn signals. You may need to just replace this relay or possibly a fuse. but if the turn signals, brake lights and flashers are not working in the rear the relay is most likely the cause unless you have towed anything lately. I would also check the pigtail under the rear bumper for corrosion or looseness.
