There is an EEC relay that powers the fuel pump relay. The fuel pump relay is grounded by the PCM. The voltage goes from the fuel pump relay thru the inertia switch and on to the pump.

No it doesn't. Check power and ground at the pump plug. You have to drop the tank.

You can't clear the fault unless you have an OBD reader - you can reset the fault with the reader - however if your airbag is faulty it will fault again and you will need to take it to a dealer to have it fixed - if you don't have an OBD reader you should take it to the dealer anyway.
